Jeff redefined competition for our program by helping us evaluate how we practice and engage our opponents.  He assisted us in discovering the strengths and weaknesses of our staff and student-athletes and gave us tools to improve our performance on the court.  One area that separated Jeff from other consultants is his consistent check-ins with the coaches and players.  He has challenged me in several areas, making me a better coach, and our team a better program.
