Jeff Moore’s striver quotient model is an effective way of developing better competitors through purpose driven execution. Jeff analysis and ability to communicate this model has already transformed our players and the way they compete on a daily basis. Since his speech and analysis with our team we have had 2 players win their first ever national championship. Jeff has been instrumental in helping our players get out of their comfort zone and compete for a purpose.

Jeff's provocative presentation to our faculty and coaches got the year off to a great start. I've read many leadership books and they all seem to be saying a variation of the same thing. Jeff doesn't just talk about it, he lives and breathes his philosophy of Strivership. Jeff did a workshop with all Northwestern coaches last Spring and we decided to bring him in specifically to work with our Men’s Soccer program. We have benefited greatly from our Athletic Department’s consulting agreement with Jeff Moore. He has become a wonderful mentor to me as well as the other coaches and administrators at Davidson.
