I've read many leadership books and they all seem to be saying a variation of the same thing. Jeff doesn't just talk about it, he lives and breathes his philosophy of Strivership. It's easy to see why Jeff has built numerous championship teams. At Powwater, we call Jeff, "Coach" because he continually pushes us beyond what we think is possible. His Strivership framework has propelled a dynamic and innovative culture in our organization. When a team is best, it is striving together to come up with the best ideas to solve a problem.
