We have benefited greatly from our Athletic Department’s consulting agreement with Jeff Moore. He has become a wonderful mentor to me as well as the other coaches and administrators at Davidson. Jeff presented to our team, observed practices, and met with team leaders 1 on 1. Jeff’s focus is cultivating a strong sense of Self and Team. He challenges athletes to move out of their comfort zones to tackle difficult problems head on and to proactively communicate with teammates and coaches.  Our athletes took his Striver Quotient Assessment and we used principles drawn from it to select captains.
